Join Canada Life as a Business Transfers Specialist in Kitchener or Montreal. Manage advisor block transfers while ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the process.

In this critical role, you will deal with the meticulous transfer of business between advisors and multiple teams. With specialized knowledge of MGA contracting processes, you will ensure all requirements are met while coordinating closely with Finance and Compensation teams. It’s essential that you possess strong verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with carriers to facilitate business transitions

• Validate and document transfers in Salesforce

• Coordinate with Finance for block valuation

• Investigate transfer discrepancies thoroughly

• Update Wealthserv Insurance and Fund Serv systems

Requirements:

• Minimum one year in financial services industry

• Completion of Post-Secondary School or equivalent

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Problem-solving capabilities essential

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
