What you’ll be doingAs a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Centre where you’ll foster relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions that will help their financial success. Flexible work hours may include evenings, weekends, and travel to multiple banking centres.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan.
- Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
- Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities; grow your network and deepen existing relationships.
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.
You put clients first, use purpose‑driven engagement to find the right solutions, and go the extra mile. You are goal‑oriented, motivated by accomplishment, detail‑focused, and possess strong critical‑thinking skills. You are passionate about relationships, diverse collaboration, and continuous learning. You are a certified professional with current accreditation and good standing.
Qualifications- Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
- 1 year experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
- Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
