Key Responsibilities:

• Direct preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Lead internal controls and audit relationships

• Improve financial reporting systems and automation efforts

• Manage corporate taxation reporting and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA designation

• At least ten years’ relevant experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High integrity and attention to detail

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments
