This position involves reporting to the Controller and includes preparing production reports that align with company policy and GAAP. You'll analyze cost variances, update standard cost models, and support the finance team on various initiatives.

Your role also includes conducting product audits and ensuring monthly physical counts are reported accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze production reports regularly

• Attend daily meetings, providing updated yield data

• Support variance analysis for financial performance

• Update costing models based on production data

• Conduct audits to validate cost accuracy for products

Requirements:

• Accounting or finance diploma/degree required

• 3 years of experience in cost accounting

• CPA designation in progress is preferred

• Understanding of GAAP is essential

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
