You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Tri-Mach’s financial foundations, acting as a vital business partner to the executive team. Your responsibilities will include leading the finance team, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. This role requires a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally and improve financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee financial accounting policies

• Manage month-end close processes and reporting accuracy

• Direct annual budgeting and long-term financial planning

• Lead working capital and cash management strategies

• Support cross-functional partnerships for project costing

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent degree in Business/Accounting

• At least 4 years of relevant finance experience

• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis

• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI
