Reporting to the VP, Finance & Operations, this Finance Manager position is key to delivering top-tier financial services. You will oversee financial reporting, guide your finance team, and support departments with insights based on financial analysis. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for the finance function and establish benchmarks

• Approve financial statements, management reports, and dashboards

• Collaborate on organizational budgeting and forecasting

• Monitor campaign financial performance and stewardship

• Support internal and external audit processes

Requirements:

• CPA certification required with a degree in Finance or Business

• Minimum seven years in leadership roles in finance

• Experience leading cross-functional planning and operations

• Solid understanding of financial governance in the charitable sector

• Strong analytical and communication skills
