Finance Director for ERP Transformation

Take on a vital role as Finance Director with Insight Global at a leading Canadian cooperative in St Jacobs. Drive the multi-year ERP transformation project using Microsoft D365.
As Finance Director, you will lead the Finance team through a critical transformation, ensuring the successful delivery of the Finance workstream. This position requires substantial experience in Finance leadership, particularly in large-scale ERP implementations. Your expertise in areas such as budgeting, treasury, and financial reporting will be crucial as the program advances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Finance workstream on ERP transformation

• Manage systems integrator and delivery teams effectively

• Accountable for design, testing, cutover, and go-live phases

• Present complex financial information to executive audiences

• Work within agile frameworks and maintain sprint cadence
Requirements:

• 5-10 years of progressive Finance leadership experience

• Minimum 5 years at Director or Controller level

• Proven experience as a Finance workstream lead

• Deep knowledge of General Ledger and Cash Management

• Comfortable managing vendor relationships
