This role empowers you to manage financial performance across multiple clinics, collaborating directly with owners and team leaders. You’ll utilize AI for financial modeling and automations, fostering solutions that directly impact the margin and efficiency of practices. Your strategic recommendations will be pivotal in supporting clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key contact for financial performance inquiries

• Maintain and report on clinic projections monthly

• Evaluate utilization and cost drivers to surface insights

• Manage payment calculations and documentation for accuracy

• Create improvement plans based on analysis to enhance performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in FP&A or analytical finance

• Advanced skills in financial modeling using Excel

• Familiarity with AI coding agents and Git Hub

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
