As a key contributor to the Group Retirement team at NFP, you will manage a portfolio tailored for small businesses, ensuring a high level of service and compliance. Collaborating with consultants, you will assess and enhance retirement plans while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and new business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the daily contact for group retirement clients
• Build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate plan governance and regulatory compliance
• Support client transitions for seamless experiences
• Identify growth opportunities in retirement plans
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in group retirement services industry
• LLQP certification required within one year
• Superior communication and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Bilingualism is a preferred asset
