Reporting to the Vice President, you will perform essential functions within Waystone's Investor Services unit. The role targets individuals with substantial experience in investor transactions while fostering career growth through hands-on training and skill development. You will ensure adherence to compliance standards and maintain investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transaction documents such as redemptions and transfers
• Keep track of capital activities and share reports with clients
• Ensure accurate delivery of client/investor reporting
• Adhere to AML requirements for transactions
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in Investor Services, preferably in Hedge Funds
• Knowledge of HWM Mantra is a plus
• University degree in Business or finance-related field
• Strong compliance and detail management skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
