Position: Eagleview Finance Director Role
Eagleview Construction is hiring a Finance Director to refine financial practices in Kitchener, ON. In this leadership position, your focus will be on reporting, budgeting, and data insights.

This is a critical senior role that requires a hands-on approach to overseeing the complete finance function, enhancing financial visibility, and driving informed decision-making. Collaborate directly with the President and other leaders to optimize financial strategies and expand our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Provide oversight on project finance and profitability reports

• Create comprehensive dashboards for decision-making

• Strengthen risk management and compliance measures

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in finance with leadership responsibility

• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial analysis

• Experience in construction or project management is preferred

• CPA certification is advantageous

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
