Position: Controller for Heroux Devtek Facilities
Join Heroux Devtek as a Controller, a pivotal role supporting multiple facilities in the machining of landing gear components. This position demands financial reporting expertise and strong leadership skills.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of the management team at Heroux Devtek. You will oversee annual budgets, strategic planning, and financial reporting for various departments across the company. Collaboration with General Managers and cross-departmental teamwork will be key as you enhance operational performance through critical KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual 5 year budget and financial planning

• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes

• Provide KPI reporting to drive operational success

• Implement financial controls to satisfy Bill 198 (52-109)

• Lead physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA designation required

• Minimum 5 years of post-designation manufacturing experience

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills

• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and ERP software proficiency

• Proven ability to lead and develop a financial team
