Kitchener Ford is looking for a motivated and professional Finance Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an interest in helping customers through the final steps of their vehicle purchase.
As a Finance Manager, you will work with customers to review financing options, protection products, and purchase paperwork in a clear, professional, and customer-focused way. You will also work closely with the sales team, management, and lending partners to help create a smooth and positive buying experience.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with financing, leasing, and vehicle purchase paperwork
- Present available protection products, warranty options, and coverage packages in a professional manner
- Work with banks and lending partners to help secure financing approvals
- Review contracts, applications, and documentation for accuracy
- Support customers through the final stages of the vehicle buying process
- Communicate clearly with the sales team, management, and finance partners
- Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, and legal requirements
- Provide a positive, organized, and customer-first experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, positive, and organized approach
- Comfort working with numbers, paperwork, and customer information
- Ability to explain financing and protection options clearly
- Sales, finance, banking, insurance, or automotive experience is an asset
- Previous dealership finance experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Willingness to learn, follow processes, and grow within the role
- Valid driver’s licence
