• Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately, maintaining organized guest records.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and efficiently, balancing accounts at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area, upholding our brand standards.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but a genuine passion for serving others is key.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed approach under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn hotel specific software quickly.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
