Senior HR Generalist at Dodds Garage Doors

Take the lead in human resources as a Senior HR Generalist at Dodds Garage Doors in North York, ON. You will specialize in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations across Southern Ontario.

As a key HR professional, your role encompasses overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and health & safety compliance. This position provides autonomy to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure that employee experiences are positive across all branches.  You'll work independently while collaborating closely with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment across all locations

• Administer and track performance metrics

• Handle conflict resolution and employee inquiries

• Monitor and maintain compliance with HR policies

• Coordinate health & safety certifications and programs

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of HR experience required

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment necessary

• Educational background in HR Management

• Understanding of Ontario labor laws essential

• Must possess strong communication abilities
