Trade Operations Team Lead Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations ensuring optimal team performance

• Oversee trade execution and order management

• Analyze reconciliations to third-party vendor systems

• Supervise coordination of monthly client reconciliations

• Manage special projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or similar

• Minimum of 5 years in Mutual Fund/Portfolio Management

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros

• Proven experience in leading teams and developing talent

• Excellent organizational and project management skills
