Director of AI Product Management

As the Director of Product Management, you’ll have complete ownership of Jobber’s Marketing Agent product, overseeing its vision and execution. You will spearhead a dedicated team and collaborate with Engineering and Design to define what quality looks like in AI-generated content. This role requires strong commercial judgment and a deep understanding of the SMB landscape to create impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product vision and strategy from inception to execution

• Lead a team of Product Managers across diverse portfolios

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for product development

• Define and measure customer success metrics tied to marketing

• Drive AI-native solutions for efficient marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management in SaaS, preferably Mar Tech

• Proven experience launching AI-integrated products

• Strong understanding of SMB customer workflows and needs

• Capability in navigating ambiguity and defining product quality

• Leadership experience with teams of 5 or more Product Managers
