As Program Leader, you will manage a team serving Client-Partners in CPSP, ensuring alignment and quality in service delivery. Your responsibilities include overseeing complex projects, fostering team collaboration, and providing essential financial tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage program financials effectively
• Direct multifaceted projects for various service lines
• Guide the development of service level arrangements
• Conduct quality reviews of contractors' deliverables
• Lead and mentor team members in performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
• Minimum six years' relevant experience required
• Background in strategic planning and human resources
• Capable of risk management and safety protocols
• Experience with public consultations and audits
