Take on a pivotal role as a Materials Manager at Earthscape Play in Wallenstein, Ontario, where logistics expertise and team leadership drive success. This permanent, full-time position provides a unique opportunity to manage all aspects of materials handling.

In this strategic role, you'll oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of materials, managing a team of logistics and warehouse professionals. You'll ensure that material handling is executed flawlessly while promoting safety and efficiency across operations. Your contributions will facilitate the creation of remarkable playground structures that inspire play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead diverse teams in material handling and shipping activities

• Ensure operational compliance with safety standards

• Optimize warehouse layouts for efficiency

• Synchronize information flow between departments

• Manage logistics for timely project execution

Requirements:

• 4–6 years in materials management or supply chain

• At least 2 years in a direct leadership capacity

• Familiarity with construction or custom manufacturing contexts

• Strong understanding of data systems and inventory management

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with management
