Pension Plan  Full-time employees can join our group pension plan after two consecutive years of employment. Employees contribute 5% of their gross earnings per pay, which the Y, matches. After three consecutive years of service, participation in the YMCA pension plan becomes mandatory for full-time employees.

This is where you come in.  What you will do…   In this role, you’ll lead the daily operations of the Employment Services, building the team and program from the ground up. You’ll foster a positive, empowering environment where staff are supported and equipped to help clients find meaningful employment.

You will coordinate staffing and resources while building strong relationships with local employers, funders, and community partners to enhance program offerings. Additionally, you will oversee the disbursement of financial support to clients and ensure accurate reporting for both the YMCA and funders. Supporting your team in their day-to-day work, you will guide them through challenges, encourage innovation, and ensure smooth operations.

Your role will also include managing program budgets, evaluating service delivery methods, and leading quality assurance efforts to continuously improve outcomes. You will cultivate strong internal and external partnerships, fostering collaboration to enhance the impact of Employment Services.
