Ayr Farmers Mutual is seeking a skilled Manager of Compliance & Customer Experience to oversee regulatory compliance and enhance customer feedback in a supportive hybrid environment.

As the manager, you will navigate complex compliance landscapes and elevate our customer experience initiatives while serving as the Ombudsman for Policyholder concerns. This role requires you to engage with leadership, ensuring adherence to regulations and adapting our strategies to improve service standards across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the feedback resolution process as Ombudsman

• Ensure compliance through program design and oversight

• Develop and implement compliance-related policies

• Facilitate regulatory reporting and sustain relationships with regulators

• Conduct quality audits and ensure actionable findings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of P&C insurance and compliance

• Proven record in managing compliance or quality projects

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong discretion in handling confidential issues
