Brandt Tractor Ltd. is looking for a Branch Manager at our Ayr location. The successful candidate will report directly to the Division Manager and manage daily branch activities. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for leadership in the heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales growth and profitability for the branch

• Manage and develop a motivated workforce

• Provide competitive feedback and future opportunity insights

• Oversee branch account receivables efficiently

• Execute other assigned managerial duties

Requirements:

• 5+ years of heavy equipment industry experience

• 3-5 years in a progressively responsible management role

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

• Relevant post-secondary education is an asset

• Understanding of product support and departmental operations
