Department: Product
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Remote, Canada
Reporting To: Group Director, Enterprise Delivery & Governance
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 / year
DescriptionProgram Delivery & Governance is the delivery and operations capability for Veriforce's Product and Technology organization. The function owns strategic program delivery across the business, delivery health and reporting, planning discipline, governance standards, and executive insight and leadership operations. The team operates as one unit with a shared career ladder and cross-coverage model. Veriforce operates across the US, Canada, UK, South Africa, Belgium, and other markets, and the function delivers across these regions.
Where a region requires dedicated delivery support, the function deploys accordingly.
The Program Manager owns full programs. You take a program from initiation through delivery: scoping the work, structuring the approach, aligning stakeholders across multiple functions, and driving the program to outcomes. This is where the shift from executing to shaping happens. You are not managing work streams within someone else's program. You are the person accountable for the program itself.
The programs you lead are cross-org by nature. They span engineering, product, business operations, and often multiple regions. You manage complex stakeholder landscapes where priorities compete, trade-offs are real, and alignment doesn't happen on its own. You bring strategic thinking to how programs are structured, sequenced, and delivered, not just operational discipline.
You also strengthen the function. Your delivery practices, governance contributions, and cross-org alignment raise the standard for how the broader team operates. Project Managers and Senior Project Managers working within your programs depend on your clarity of scope, structure, and direction.
This is a career-ladder role within a defined progression:
Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Lead Program Manager. Growth from this level comes from consistently delivering the most complex multi-region programs, mentoring the team, influencing delivery practices beyond your own programs, and operating as a trusted partner to C-suite leadership.
