Oversee Uride's operations in Alberta and Atlantic Canada as the Regional Operations Leader. Drive improvements in rider and driver experiences while optimizing operational performance.
As a regional manager with 5-7 years of operational experience, you will be responsible for the execution of daily strategies across multiple cities. Focusing on marketplace performance, you will analyze data, manage P&L, and implement effective driver engagement strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining consistency and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct P&L and operational performance for specified regions
• Track key performance metrics such as cancellations and fulfilment
• Engage with drivers to enhance overall service quality
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of operational management experience
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
• Demonstrated experience in multi-location operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Valid driver’s license; travel readiness
