Our firm,

, is at a pivotal point of growth. We have spent five years building a reputation for excellence, deep client relationships, and high-impact delivery. As our market opportunities expand across Ontario, we need a provincial leader who can manage our Ontario delivery engine, optimize our active project backlog, and help us scale seamlessly.

But this is not a standard corporate discipline lead role.
We are looking for an Indigenous leader to actively unlock, shape, and scale our Ontario operations.

As our Discipline Lead, you will report directly to the SOAR Operations Lead
, and work closely with the President. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining a healthy, balanced backlog and ensuring our delivery team executes as our sales pipeline converts into active project work. You will bring a balanced understanding of management consulting, people skills, resource optimization, and operational forecasting.

Importantly, you will be joining an Indigenous led, staffed, and owned firm. At SOAR, we have built an approach to managing accountability for the positive impacts we aspire to across the territories we operate in. . Your leadership will be central to keeping our Ontario operations, pipeline, and backlog aligned with this model.

In this role, you will become central in the Ontario delivery engine, reporting directly to the SOAR Operations Lead. Your mandate is split across three key pillars:

• Operational Sovereignty, Delivery, and Backlog Execution (~50%)
  • Systematize Delivery: Standardize our consulting methodologies, work with our staff to implement these systems, and design frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables across our entire active project portfolio.
  • Quality Management: Implement our quality control systems for project and proposal delivery. In this role, you will work closely with our early career staff in developing their technical skills while ensuring our deliverables meet the quality standards expected of a highly respected consulting firm.
  • Resource Optimization and Technical Skills alignment: Manage team capacity, help with project staffing, guide development planning for our Ontario staff based upon technical needs, and forecast future resource needs based on our forecasted sales pipeline. You will determine when and how we scale our Ontario bench to meet backlog demands.
• Strategic Partnership & Pipeline Leadership (~30%)
