As the Manager of Service Operations Planning, you'll lead initiatives to standardize service workflows and enhance operational efficiencies across various regions including the Americas and Europe.

Your role will involve improving maintenance planning processes and ensuring high-quality service execution through defined metrics and monitoring systems. Collaborate with service teams to analyze performance and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and coordination teams globally

• Standardize workflows for maintenance and service requests

• Monitor PM/CM execution and compliance metrics

• Optimize spares coordination and inventory management

• Conduct audits for service process adherence

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Operations

• 5+ years in maintenance or service planning

• Proficient in CMMS and operational reporting

• Experience in coordination across multiple regions

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
