The successful candidate will oversee immigrant services, empowering newcomers through tailored support while managing a team of professionals. You'll be responsible for operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining compliance with funding guidelines, ensuring programs are impactful and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational planning for settlement programs
• Train and mentor Settlement Workers effectively
• Monitor financial and operational progress
• Regularly update stakeholders and funding partners
• Enhance community relationships for effective service delivery
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of relevant experience required
• Degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related fields
• Knowledgeable about immigration trends and laws
• Experienced in team management and conflict resolution
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
