Lead youth engagement initiatives with Southwestern Ontario Youth for Christ in Mitchell, ON. Focus on relationship-building and program development to empower young individuals.

Youth Unlimited YFC is seeking a Youth Engagement Coordinator to facilitate activities that help young people flourish. This role involves using your talents to create and implement impactful programs that align with community needs. Strong relationship-building skills are essential to connect with youth and establish support networks with ministry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and lead effective youth programming

• Foster strong relationships with youth and community

• Handle administrative responsibilities for programs

• Cultivate partnerships for ministry fiscal support

• Ensure programs embrace diversity and inclusivity

Requirements:

• Ability to connect with and motivate youth

• Knowledge of community dynamics and engagement

• Proven experience in program planning and execution

• Previous youth work experience is advantageous

• Commitment to Youth Unlimited YFC’s mission and values
