The Salvation Army is seeking a Coordinator to spearhead outreach programs tailored for children and families. Working closely with the Corps Officers, you'll develop community programs that encourage participation and integration into church life. You'll assist with events like Christmas Toy Distribution and provide vital support and guidance to families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and supervise outreach programs for children and families
• Coordinate seasonal events and community dinners
• Build relationships with local ministries and partners
• Promote the Kitchener Community Church and Family Care Centre
• Monitor and report on outreach progress
Requirements:
• Experience in community outreach and program development
• Strong relational and communication skills
• Background in supporting families in need
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Willing to engage in spiritual support when appropriate
