Pathway Community Church is a growing, Jesus-centered, vibrant community of faith located in Kitchener, Ontario. Meeting at Country Hills Community Centre, we are passionate about reaching the community around us with the good news of Jesus. Pathway is a part of the Be In Christ Church of Canada.

• Oversee all elements of our biweekly Sunday youth gathering in partnership with the youth volunteer team.
• Plan and oversee occasional youth events outside of the regular Sunday gathering (e.g., youth retreats, pool parties, bowling, etc.).
• Build connection with youth on Sunday mornings and, where possible, outside of regular youth events.
• Work to build relationships with families of youth in our youth ministry.
• Oversee and continue to build our youth volunteer team, providing training opportunities for them to grow in this ministry.
• Ensure our youth ministry is compliant with our Child Protection Plan.
• Participate actively as a member of the staff team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (ECE or other similar degrees are a plus.)
• Strong organizational, administrative and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written.)
• Previous experience working in youth ministry is an asset.
