Responsibilities
Generate leads and new accounts through cold calls, emails and reach outs
Respond to customer questions and solve issues
Be the main point of contact for customers within assigned territory
Attend customer meetings, industry events and trade shows as needed
Meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with team members to coordinate sales efforts
Manage sales partners to build relationships and drive sales
Document technical processes, procedures and system configurations
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Any tertiary education(diploma, certificate, degree etc.) from History, Arts or similar non STEM field prefered or Grade 12 with sales experience.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Sales experience is considered an asset
Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have a long open work permit
Requirements
Understanding of professional conduct both in person and virtually
Know how to build, maintain and grow professional relationships
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
