We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to support our Sales Department and enhance the customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process. This role includes serving as a first point of contact for prospective customer inquiries, coordinating vehicle deliveries, supporting daily sales operations, and assisting customers throughout their dealership experience.
The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting the Sales Team with administrative and operational tasks. This is a fully onsite position; regular in‑person attendance is required.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for new customer online inquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email.
- Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and assist with delivery preparation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs.
- Support the Sales Department with administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout all customer interactions.
- Support dealership operations and customer‑facing activities as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, business development, or the automotive industry is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- OMVIC certification will be required (we'll help you obtain it if you don't have it yet).
