In this role, you will support advisors by developing and executing a targeted business plan that drives sales growth in your assigned territory. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will assist in uncovering new opportunities and delivering valuable insights, establishing strong rapport with financial advisors. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a strategic business plan for sales within your territory
• Uncover new business leads through proactive outreach
• Provide insights on Mackenzie’s investment solutions
• Support advisors on performance and market updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance advisor outcomes
Requirements:
• Required post-secondary degree (outside Quebec)
• Canadian Securities Course or CFA Level I completed
• Previous Financial Services industry experience
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Curiosity about investment products and market
