Industrial-OEM Sales Manager | GTA-SWO

We are searching for an Industrial/OEM Sales Manager who can set the cadence for a team of Industrial Account Managers — someone disciplined in coaching, reviewing plans & metrics, and keeping the team on plan and ensuring they meet their goals. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successful sales leadership, business planning and execution within a technical environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • You will own the budget for OEM/Industrial sales in your territory
  • Responsible for driving sales culture and market share growth of the Industrial/OEM and Institutional business
  • Ensures profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of Account Managers. Sets objectives, strategies and sales plans to improve short and long-term sales earnings
  • Drive a culture of sales, customer retention, new business, and customer acquisition strategies within team
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
What you bring to the table
  • 10 years Sales Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience technical sales staff
  • Strong experience with Sales Operations, Vendor Relations and Talent Management
  • Demonstrates Sales Acumen through influence, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Capacity to analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance
  • Strategically minded with strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and solid understanding of the Industrial/OEM markets
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
  • Post-secondary education in an Electrical related discipline
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
