Division: PBJ Cleaning Depot

Status: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on presenting and selling PBJ Cleaning Depot products and services through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and solution-based selling.

The ideal candidate is motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt their sales approach to meet the needs of diverse clients. This position requires collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Present, promote, and sell PBJ Cleaning Depot products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct needs assessments and cost-benefit analyses to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and account growth.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
  • Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities within internal systems.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, purchasing, warehouse, and leadership to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide management with insights regarding customer needs, opportunities, and product feedback.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Analyze market potential and track individual sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline activity, sales progress, and account updates.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales strategies and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to tailor presentations and solutions to specific customer needs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
