This full-time role reports to the Regional Sales Manager. You will rotate among various locations to provide essential sales support and learn the home buying journey. Key skills include customer service, communication, and an eagerness to develop within the new home sales industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate locations based on business needs and staffing gaps
• Provide professional support to prospective purchasers
• Identify customer needs and share home feature information
• Conduct show home tours and explain options
• Assist in preparing purchase agreements and documentation
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience (real estate is a plus)
• Strong desire to advance in new home sales
• Flexibility to travel and work in various communities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and a positive attitude
