Elevate your career as a Sales Representative / Estimator with a 5-star commercial roofing contractor in Kitchener, ON. This hybrid role focuses on generating sales leads and closing deals in flat roofing.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who excels at managing client relationships and driving new business for our commercial roofing projects. Working primarily from home and the Kitchener office, you will leverage technology and communication skills to connect with key decision-makers and forge valuable relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting and meeting sales targets between $1M to $3M annually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to building owners and property management companies
• Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities
• Establish strong connections with decision-makers
• Drive outreach through cold calls and networking
• Conduct thorough site assessments and inspections
Requirements:
• Experience in commercial or flat roofing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM tools and AI technology
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to engage with 75+ decision-makers weekly
