Licensed Insurance Advisor / Account Representative

As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide personalized insurance recommendations and solutions
- Educate customers on Home, Auto, and Life Insurance products
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with policy updates, changes, renewals, and cancellations
- Conduct needs-based reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities
- Generate new business through referrals, follow-ups, and cross-selling
- Support agency sales and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the Agent and team to achieve business goals
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Active OTL or RIBO Licence
- Previous insurance sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close business
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good personal credit history (required for insurance licensing sponsorship)
- Must obtain LLQP certification within three months of hire to support Life Insurance servicing and sales. Successful licensing fees will be covered by the Agency.
