Elevate customer service as a Sales and Rental Expert at Long & McQuade, focusing on musical equipment. Connect with customers while assisting with sales and rental inquiries involving instruments.

In this position, you will leverage your musical insights to cater to the diverse needs of customers. You’ll demonstrate products, resolve inquiries, and keep current with store policies and product knowledge. This role also includes key responsibilities in store upkeep and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the rental and purchase process

• Define customer needs for tailored recommendations

• Provide engaging product demonstrations that highlight features

• Manage client communications and follow-up orders

• Ensure an inviting store atmosphere through effective merchandising

Requirements:

• Must play at least one musical instrument

• Exhibit a positive and composed demeanor

• Strong commitment and work ethic

• Previous experience in retail or sales preferred

• Ability to lift and handle large boxes
