This position provides the ideal balance of warm inbound opportunities and new business development, empowering you to grow your pipeline, close more deals, and directly influence your earning potential.

Conduct on-siteand remote consultations with residential and commercial clients

Prepare accurate estimates and present tailored solutions

Convert qualified leads into booked projects

Develop and maintain relationships with business partners such as property managers, real estate professionals, and local businesses

Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-focused approach

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (home services, construction, or related industries considered an asset)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage both inbound opportunities and self-generated leads

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Expected annual earnings: $50,000 - $80,000+, with performance-based upside
