Director of Client Acquisition at Eagleview

In this strategic role, you will be the primary salesperson, driving qualified opportunities throughout the client journey. Your responsibilities include coaching the Business Development and Inside Sales teams, managing sales processes, and working closely with the Vice President of Preconstruction and other departments to ensure that client objectives are achieved. Your leadership will play a crucial role in shaping business development strategies and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue targets through effective sales execution

• Foster and maintain valuable client relationships

• Lead and coach Business Development and Inside Sales teams

• Manage business development and grow the sales pipeline

• Coordinate proposals with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry

• Project management or construction experience is beneficial

• Proficiency in Buildertrend and Hubspot preferred

• Strong skills in sales forecasting and planning

• Excellent communication for client interactions
