Agriculture Sales Representative

• Market, demonstrate, and sell new and used agricultural equipment and large property/landscape equipment
• Promote other company goods and services and stay informed about promotions and special events
• Profile new and existing customers while ensuring satisfaction with products and services
• Monitor business trends affecting customer purchases
• Attend John Deere or in-house training seminars, product introductions, and farm or turf trade shows
• Maintain current knowledge of equipment products, features, and benefits
• Build customer relationships and provide expert guidance on farming, turf, and property needs

• Competitive self-starter with discipline and goal orientation
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Familiarity with farming practices, GPS, and Precision Agriculture
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming communities
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in agricultural sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Familiarity with John Deere products preferred
