Director of Client Relationships

The Director of Client Relationships leads Eagleview’s sales and client‑acquisition function and is accountable for achieving the company’s residential and multi‑residential sales objectives.

Initially, the Director will serve as Eagleview’s primary salesperson, personally guiding qualified opportunities from discovery through design and preconstruction, proposal development, contract execution, and successful handoff to the Production team.

The Director is also responsible for leading, coaching, and holding accountable the Business Development Representative and Inside Sales Representative. This includes ownership of the sales process, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, business‑development strategy, team performance, and the client experience throughout the preconstruction journey.

The Director works closely with the Vice President of Preconstruction, President, Design, Estimating, Marketing, and Production teams. The Vice President of Preconstruction and President will provide support on strategic, complex, or high‑value opportunities as appropriate.

The Director does not directly manage the Design, Estimating, or Production functions. However, the Director is accountable for ensuring that the client’s goals, pain points, budget, timeline, decision criteria, expectations, and commitments are clearly communicated to those teams.

• Looking for 3-5 years of Sales Experience in a similar industry
• Project Management/Construction background a plus
• Buildertrend and Hubspot experience a plus
