The Opportunity   We are looking for an Environmental Engineer or Geoscientist who is passionate about creating positive change and wants to join a company that values its employees.
Responsibilities   Work to support field programs within the real estate, remediation, and risk assessment practice areas.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
Coordination of due diligence, assessment and remediation projects.
Conduct field work as field lead and site supervisor and train junior team members.
Conduct office tasks including developing work plans and cost estimates, completing data analysis and review, and preparing technical reports.
Support business development initiatives within southwestern Ontario market segment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eligible for, or working toward, registration with Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) as P.Eng., or with Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO) as P.Geo.
Three to five years of field and office experience in real estate, remediation, or risk assessment practice areas is preferred.
Experienced in safely leading groundwater monitoring programs, environmental drilling programs, and small-and large-scale remediation projects.
Knowledge of Ontario environmental regulations, policies, and guidelines.

Salary Range   $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
This range represents our current market benchmark. Final offers are determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
