As a Field Service Operations Manager, you will oversee service calls, manage technician workflows, and ensure the operational integrity of high-quality utility and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and leadership qualities needed to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Field Service Technicians for offsite work

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on heavy equipment

• Validate technician work and resolve issues as necessary

• Manage service calls and appropriately assign resources

• Ensure all operations adhere to safety and DOT regulations
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• Journeyman or Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician

• 5+ years in the repair of heavy machinery

• Knowledgeable in hydraulics and electrical systems

• Strong communication and leadership skills
