310T Bus Mechanic, Fleet

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager, you will:

• Evaluate and ensure vehicle safety through preventative maintenance in compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago's guidelines
• Utilize parts from our extensive inventory or work with our parts team to order parts necessary to make repairs
• Complete repairs in a timely manner
• Service vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Complete required reports as directed (e.g., sign‑off on driver‑initiated repair logs and log books, and PM service logs by division)

Below are the qualifications and skills we expect:

• Possess a 310T license
• Have ODP certification with A/C experience or a willingness to obtain it
• Experience and working knowledge of light‑duty diesel repair and gasoline
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with sound organizational competencies
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
• Valid G‑class driving license with a clean driving record
• Clean criminal record
