The Crew Chief (AME) is key in ensuring compliance with maintenance standards while providing guidance to a team of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and apprentices. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in conducting inspections and maintaining aircraft within a culture focused on service excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide AMEs and apprentices in maintenance tasks
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft systems
• Ensure accurate documentation according to ACA requirements
• Mentor and develop team members in compliance and safety
• Support the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)
Requirements:
• Transport Canada AME M2 license with Boeing 737 endorsements
• At least five years of relevant maintenance experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance manuals and standards
• Flexibility for evening and night shift work
