Grading/Excavation Operator

We require a skilled operator that can perform a variety of tasks on site, including but not limited to:
Dozer, Excavator, Skid Steer and various other pieces of construction equipment. The right candidate will have experience in Demolition, Site grading, Site servicing, reading blueprints, GPS and Laser setup and grading.

• Will be responsible for completion of daily activities at the highest level of quality & efficiency.
• Must be capable of performing physically demanding duties on a consistent basis (back filling & compaction of trenches, ground restoration, use of compaction equipment & power tools).
• Must be able to work effectively and communicate well with other team members.
• Able to follow company procedures & adhere to company standards, proper & safe usage of all tools & equipment.
• Maintain a clean & safe working setting.
• Have the ability to prioritize & complete duties with minimal supervision.

• Previous construction experience is a must.
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment (Excavators, Skid steers, dozers, packers etc.) is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$39.00 per hour
