As a Lead Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will utilize your 5+ years of experience to conduct thorough inspections, perform maintenance, and mentor apprentices. Health and Safety is paramount, and you will ensure compliance with all policies. This position also offers a unique 1pm start time from Tuesday to Friday with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety practices

• Conduct annual vehicle inspections as per regulations

• Perform maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair light to heavy-duty vehicles

• Document all repair orders and service details accurately

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanic Certification (310T license)

• 5+ years of relevant experience with trucks and trailers

• Familiarity with diesel engines and systems

• Strong mentoring and team collaboration skills

• Valid driver's license is a must
