Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain telecommunications towers and cell sites

• Modify antennas to enhance signal quality

• Repair or replace defective equipment on towers

• Perform tests to identify transmission faults

• Travel extensively across Canada for job assignments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of construction and tool experience

• Preferred understanding of telecom troubleshooting

• Ability to read engineered drawings

• Knowledge of OTDR testing and fibre fusion

• Must have a clean criminal record
